2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • You can provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

After 7 days or if the course is substantially accessed, refunds will not be granted due to the digital nature of our products.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind after full access is granted

  • Failure to use the product or complete the course

  • Technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet connection
